Helping People Make Better Use of Health Information

Many people want to take a more proactive approach to their health, but they are not sure how to evaluate recommendations, set priorities, or turn information into action.

That is where my work begins.

I help clients organize their health goals, understand the factors that may influence healthy aging, prepare for productive conversations with healthcare professionals, and follow through with the changes they choose to pursue.

A Lifelong Interest in Preventive Health

My interest in health, prevention, and longevity spans decades.

My background includes medicine, public health, chronic pain and addiction medicine, preventive health, age-management education, corporate wellness, and healthcare leadership.

I later earned a Master of Public Health from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.

Throughout my career, one idea became increasingly important:

The greatest opportunity in healthcare may be helping people protect their health before disease takes it away.

Why Synergistic Threshold?

People are surrounded by health advice, but health is not one-dimensional.

No single recommendation can address every factor that influences how we feel, function, and age. A supplement cannot replace sleep. Exercise cannot eliminate every cardiovascular risk. A healthy diet cannot compensate for every other area of health.

That realization led me to develop the Synergistic Approach—combining reasonable, evidence-informed strategies rather than expecting one intervention to solve everything.

Today, I work as a health and longevity coach and educator.

What I Help Clients Do

I help clients:

  • Clarify their health and aging goals

  • Identify practical priorities

  • Organize relevant health information

  • Prepare informed questions for healthcare professionals

  • Translate goals into realistic actions

  • Review progress and address obstacles

  • Build a coordinated strategy across multiple areas of health

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions through this program.

I help people become better informed, better prepared, and more active participants in protecting their health.
